Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kurzfassung:Aufgrund der Bedeutung des Nutzens vielfältiger Darstellungen für mathematisches Denken und Kompetenzaufbau im Mathematikunterricht benötigen Lehrkräfte spezifisches, mit dem Nutzen von Darstellungen verbundenes professionelles Wissen. Zu diesem Wissen gehören auch präskriptive Überzeugungen etwa zur Bedeutung der Idee des Nutzens vielfältiger Darstellungen für den Mathematikunterricht – ein Aspekt professionellen Wissens, zu dem bislang noch kein befriedigender empirischer Forschungsstand erreicht ist. In diesem Beitrag werden daher Ergebnisse einer empirischen Studie zu solchen Überzeugungen vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass trotz relativ geringen inhaltsbezogenen Verknüpfungswissens zur Idee des Nutzens vielfältiger Darstellungen eine vergleichsweise große Bedeutung dieser Idee für den Mathematikunterricht gesehen wurde. Die befragten Lehramtsstudierenden schätzten diese Bedeutung jedoch nicht für alle Unterrichtsinhalte als gleichermaßen groß ein.
