Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diagnostizieren, Leistungen beurteilen bzw. bewerten und fördern gelten heute als Schlüsselkompetenzen von Lehrpersonen, die ihre Schülerinnen und Schüler erfolgreich unterrichten. Mit Blick auf die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen wird zugleich gefordert, die Diagnosefähigkeiten von Lehrpersonen zu verbessern. Hierzu geführt haben verschiedene Forschungsergebnisse und Entwicklungen im Bildungssystem: Zum einen haben die Ergebnisse von Vergleichsstudien wie TIMSS und PISA gezeigt, dass es einen beachtlichen Teil von Lernenden gibt, die große Leistungsdefizite aufweisen.
