Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to present accelerators of dynamic processes of the technological and digital revolution in the context of climate change determinants. In order to be able to effectively and efficiently designdesign and implement the principle of technological and digital revolutionrevolution in the context of the determinants of climate change, a very important element of this process is the search for appropriate driving factors, which can be called carriers of technological and digital values for the climate. An appropriate accelerator can serve this purpose, understood as a mechanism, tool or institution that accelerates the creation of economic, social or technological value. There is a need for such dynamics in this space, which will inhibit the rapidly advancing climate crisisClimate crisis and its adverse impactImpact on the existence of humanity in various fields of its functioning. Such an approach determines the speed of changes taking place and will also reduce the level of frustration of global and local communities related to anomalies, dysfunctions and climate catastrophes. As such, great determination and creativity of innovators and decision-makers in various fields and mechanisms of climate governance is required.
