The result of the study could provide a better understanding of the barriers that effects the women leaders in becoming successful. The study is useful for mangers to take necessary actions to minimise the effect and provide them with the proper training that will help to develop a positive attitude for work as well as for their co- workers and ensure a healthier work atmosphere.
