Abstract
The current investigation is being conducted with the support of an appropriate research instrument on the subject. A sample of two hundred Axis Bank customers was made, and an analysis was conducted using their responses, followed by a few suggestions. Despite the fact that internet banking is extremely convenient and rapid, it is hampered by a variety of security issues. Financial institutions have taken a number of precautions to ensure the protection of their customers while they conduct a variety of online transactions. The customers’ opinions and awareness regarding the security of internet banking, as well as to determine the issues that customers encounter when using internet banking services. I chose a sample size of two hundred consumers from the Axis bank in Hyderabad, which is located in the state of Telangana. The approach of stratified random sampling is utilized through the use of the Structured Questionnaire. For the purpose of measuring internal consistency, this study makes use of reliability tests such as Cronbach's alpha test. The level of internal consistency in a group of items are closely related to one another. A measure of the reliability of the scale is thought to be provided by it. Exploratory factor analysis is one way that may be used to assess dimensionality and Structure Equation Modelling. A “high” result for alpha does not necessarily indicate that the measure is unidimensional but rather that it is multidimensional. The findings of the study project on internet banking assisted in the identification of the precautionary checklist that is available for a variety of problems that are commonly encountered in the era of internet banking. In addition, an effort to make internet banking systems safer, there should be a supreme and powerful security policy that is implemented by the banks, as well as legislation that is enacted by the governments of the local or state level.
