Abstract

The paper examines the impact of HR-oriented well-being practices on developing AI application skills. It explores the role of life, workplace, and psychological well-being dimensions in improving three dimensions of AI skills: inclusiveness, accessibility, and flexibility. The survey methodology was adopted for a sample of employees of the colleges of the University of Kufa. University leadership was targeted in this study. A purposive sample was selected from among them, including (50) lecturers, and the questionnaire form was distributed manually to them. The questionnaire was also sent electronically through a link via the Google Drive program, and the research population was (131) employees. The results show a knowledge gap between human resource-oriented well-being practices in developing AI application skills. Human resource-oriented well-being practices also directly impact the development of AI application skills at the University of Kufa. The findings provide a theoretical and applied framework to test the relationship between human resource-oriented well-being practices in developing AI application skills. It traces the importance of the current research from the scarcity of studies that have attempted to clarify the relationship between the variables under study. The paper identifies and analyzes the key components of HR-oriented wellness applications that integrate AI applications, highlighting the areas of recruitment, employee skills assessment, and development with applications and tasks that are witnessing significant growth in the application of AI.
