Abstract

The purpose of this exploratory study is to investigate the impact of mindfulness in the workplace on enhancing Strategic Status within the educational context. The study aims to address the Strategic Status of educational institutions and leverage it to enhance the work of the Najaf Education Directorate. The study employs an exploratory analysis approach to examine relevant data from the Najaf Education Directorate under study. The study sample includes 297 questionnaires from a sample of employees. The data were processed through statistical methods using the SPSS program to reveal the precise interaction between mindfulness and enhancing the Strategic Status of the Najaf Education Directorate. The results show that mindfulness contributes to enhancing the Strategic Status of the General Directorate of Najaf Education. This paper aims to test the impact of mindfulness on the strategic position of educational institutions. This integration can lead to improved emotional regulation, stress management, and overall well-being, fostering a more positive learning and work environment. The study’s findings encourage administrators and practitioners in educational institutions to implement mindfulness-based training programs, considering the potential adverse effects, primarily on vulnerable students.
