Abstract

Human-robot collaboration (HRC) represents a key opportunity for the labour inclusion of people with disabilities. This study develops a user-centered methodology to design a humanoid robot with artificial intelligence (AI), intended to operate in the National Space Center of Chile. The methodology includes requirements definition, design, prototyping and iterative validation in controlled environments. Emphasis is placed on accessibility through adaptive interfaces, ensuring efficient interaction with the user. In addition, the integration of CRH in Industry 5.0 is addressed, promoting synergies between humans and robots in the workplace. The results highlight the potential of inclusive robotics to improve the autonomy and labor participation of people with disabilities.
