Abstract

This research examines how the Agile Capability Framework (ACF), People-Driven Excellence (PDE), Holistic Skill Integration (HSI), and Actionable Learning Systems (ALS) enable organisations to better adapt to and innovate in Thailand’s rapidly evolving industrial sectors. It identifies several ways in which these systems and frameworks can work together to make organisations more competitive in dynamic markets, which are transitioning from traditional, familiar General Industries into something much more high-tech and competitive (S-Curve and New S-Curve Industries). A solid quantitative research methodology has been adopted, and the data analysis was based on a sample of 600 executives. The evaluative techniques used to assess the interdependencies among the four key variables were examined using F-tests and correlation analysis. The result highlighted the New S-Curve industries as the most adaptable, with significant advancements in areas such as agility, workforce empowerment, and knowledge systems. Another strength of the study was the global perspective attained by comparing Thailand’s industrial transformation with that of both ASEAN and Western economies. The research also examines how companies can implement these frameworks into practice via flexible resource allocation, digital transformation strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The authors offer several valuable recommendations for policymakers, industry leaders, and scholars, with a focus on enhancing overall agility, innovation, and adaptability in these fast-changing markets. Markets, moreover, this framework is versatile, able to adapt not just to Thailand but to offer a helpful model for any industry navigating the dual challenges of digital transformation and economic shift anywhere in the world.
