The goal of the study is to demonstrate the skills that will be the driving force for the digital transformation processes through AI. As a result of analyzing the experience in the field of healthcare in Georgia, organizations will receive information about the processes and the outcomes, which will help them to reach the digitalisation using AI. The results of the research will be no less interesting and useful for the countries whose stages of development are close to Georgian experience, as well as the frame of globalization causes similar impacts from the world mega trends like geopolitical, ecological, technological and etc., on those countries.
