Way to Implementing Innovation Driven Personnel-Fit OE at Georgian Universities

Abstract

Nowadays, globalization processes ongoing throughout the world, inevitability of knowledge improvement and formation of innovation driven society, as well as competitiveness existed in the market in terms of education service providing raises an issue of innovative development of higher education. Elaboration of globally competitive country requires enhancing the role of education on the way of forming a socio-economic, innovative, humanitarian, moral and ethical society. In Georgia as in one of the post-Soviet country, higher education system weakens, which in turn prevents the innovative development of higher educational institutions, including universities. Within the causes of all problems like insufficient funding, low level of development of innovative infrastructure and culture, brain drain, lack of innovative management and etc. is considered to be non-existence of personnel-fit innovative organizational environment (Personnel-Fit OE) at knowledge producing institutions. Due to all above mentioned, paper reviews the prerequisites of innovative development of higher education system and represents an Approach directed to implementing innovation driven personnel-fit OE at Georgian Universities developed on the bases of researches conducted with the employees (academic and administrative personnel) of Georgian private and state universities.
