Abstract

Harnessing the potential of digital technologies-11 in healthcare has never been more important in the EU and Eastern Partnership region. E-health solutions create better and more efficient healthcare systems for both patients and healthcare workers. The development of digital [2] healthcare and telemedicine [3] will contribute to the formation of legal and regulatory legal framework and clinical guidelines [4], provision of training courses, use of telemedicine services, smooth and wide access to medical services, online booking of doctor's appointments, existence of electronic medical history, availability of digital prescriptions. These health monitoring services allow citizens to be more involved in managing their own health and have access to resources. By using digital health systems, the medical professional can provide a more personalized and accurate response to the patient's health care needs when he has access to the patient's health data in a digital format, less time is spent filling out forms and no more duplication of clinical procedures. The use of digital data provides new opportunities for control and supervision.. E-health [5] is closely related to operational interoperability, which involves breaking down barriers to facilitate communication and exchange between systems, data becomes mobile, the patient is no longer tied to a paper file in one hospital, and he can take his health data to any hospital in any country where these data are digital systems. will read. By using an electronic prescription, the patient can purchase prescribed medicines without a paper prescription. With the help of interoperable systems and a digital patient history, pharmacies can more easily validate a prescription. Digital transformation in the healthcare system is a complex, multidisciplinary task that requires coordinated efforts from government, business, academia, and civil society.
