Abstract

In an era of rapid technological advancement, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI), businesses face the dual challenge of leveraging innovation while navigating complex ethical landscapes. This paper explores the intersection of corporate ethics and technological progress, with a focus on the implications of AI for social responsibility. Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and case studies, the study investigates strategies corporations employ to uphold ethical principles while integrating AI for competitive advantage. Key findings reveal critical challenges, including gaps in transparency, algorithmic bias, and data privacy, particularly within Georgia’s developing regulatory environment. This research emphasizes the importance of corporate governance frameworks that prioritize fairness, accountability, and inclusivity. By examining successful models of ethical leadership in AI adoption, the study offers actionable recommendations to mitigate ethical risks while maximizing AI’s transformative potential. These insights underscore the essential role of proactive ethical planning in fostering trust, sustainability, and societal well-being.
