Abstract
The article explores the issues of improving relations between Russia and the ASEAN countries, aimed at strengthening trade, project and investment relations in various fields and at various levels. Under the influence of uncertainty and political and economic turbulence, it is of particular importance for the Russian Federation to take measures to change global supply chains. This requires the development of cooperation with Asian corporations, including the expansion of their presence in the Russian Federation through the construction of international cooperation zones and hubs and the opening of representative offices. In addition, the synergistic effect in economic development generated by the enhancement of cooperation between Russia and the ASEAN benefits both sides. It has a positive impact on the sustainable development of the regions and can benefit the implementation of joint projects to improve and preserve the quality of life of future generations. The aim of the article is to determine the prospects for the development of relations between the Russian Federation and the ASEAN in the context of global crisis and the improvement of rapidly changing economic relations with the possibility of creating a stable position and the Russian techno-trade pan-region in Asia, as a program for future generations. The article presents options of necessary projects to strengthen trust between Russia and the ASEAN, exploring trends in the cultural and ethnic status of society in the professional environment in the context of various criteria for Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
