One of the most important factors that affect tourism destination is that of tourist satisfaction. The objective of this chapter is to investigate the satisfaction of tourists that visited Kimolos, a small island in Aegean Sea with the use of quantitative methods that capture the factors influencing tourists’ satisfaction and their intention to repeat the visit, the relationship between them, and the consideration of the causes that shape tourism behavior. The research results reveal the factors that affect tourism satisfaction, the relationships among these factors, and the most important demographic variables as predictors for the different satisfaction aspects.
