Abstract

Research contributions included in this Edited Volume disseminate recent scientific advances in the broader areas of Operational Research and Management Science with particular emphasis placed on modern applications in the era of digital transformation and business analytics. The particular Edited Volume compiles a high-quality selection of contemporary research pertaining to conceptual, methodological and empirical contributions in diverse areas of Operational Research and Management Science with applications in several fields or business sectors (e.g., agrifood, banking, education, energy, finance, health, retail, tourism) and in support of multifaceted aspects of business operations (e.g., marketing and sales, production, logistics, human resources, strategic planning).
