Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to reflect the reality in which we live, the profession in which I carry out my activity, a profession that together with other specialists with managerial functions have the moral and professional obligation to make the best strategic decisions so that existing businesses can follow the development or even a reorientation so that the global economy can achieve its goal. The work has three parts, the first part includes the new skills that the professional accountant must have, the close collaboration between the professional accountant, and the business management so that he must be well informed from his own managerial and financial accounting. The third part contains economic-financial indicators that during this period must be treated with the utmost seriousness, and they contribute to making the best personalized strategic decisions for each business for its development.
