A MCDM Approach for Evaluating Smart Cities Projects

Abstract

In order to reduce evaluation subjectivity of projects in start-ups selection centers for smart cities, this article presents MCDM method application that is capable to explicit and rate the aspects considered in these evaluations, with a quantitative approach that minimizes evaluator’s uncertainty and bias.
