Abstract

This article presents an innovative group of pioneers in opera named as “The Medium Project”, which was established in the middle of the financial crisis in Greece. Despite the various difficulties the founders and their companion proved that Art can heal many traumatic symptoms caused by the austerity measures and above all that artistic expression needs creativity, professionalism and devotion in order to flourish and reveal innovations.
