Abstract

The article deals with the fundamentals of Facility management, its theoretical foundations and presents the characteristics of the current state of Facility management. Facility Management addresses the management of the organization’s support activities and the reduction of overhead costs incurred for activities that do not add value to the product, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the product on the market.
