Felmérés a mûszaki menedzser diplomával rendelkezõk pályakezdési, elhelyezkedési lehetõségeirõl

Abstract

A felsõoktatásban bevezetésre kerülõ változások, az akkreditáció kapcsán egyre többször felvetõdik a kérdés, hogy mit ér a diploma, hogyan tehetõ piacképessé az általunk átadott tudás. Felmérésünk ezekre a kérdésekre próbál meg választ adni. A felmérés során egy kérdõívkutatást végeztünk, a Vállalkozásmenedzsment Intézetben végzett mûszaki menedzser szakos hallgatóink körében. Három fõ kérdéscsoportot jártunk végig: a hallgatók pályakezdési tapasztalatairól, munkahelyükkel való megelégedettségükrõl, és késõbbi továbbtanulási terveikrõl érdeklõdtünk. A tapasztalataink megerõsítettek bennünket abban, hogy hallgatóink nagyon jó eséllyel indulnak a munkaerõpiacon, és a tudás mellett sikerült a tanulási kedvet is átadni számukra. Az eredmények hasznos támpontot adhatnak arra nézve, hogy milyen témákat (és azokat milyen képzési formákban) érdemes választania a KGK-nak, az itt megszerzett diplomára épülõ posztgraduális képzések indításához.
