Modern Economic (Endogenous) Growth and Development

In: New Theories in Growth and Development

Author

Listed:
  • Moshe Syrquin

Abstract

The topic of the Siena workshop on which this chapter is based was ‘Endogenous Growth and Development’; I shall argue here that the two elements of growth and development have proceeded along parallel lines, leaving the potential for cross-fertilisation largely unrealised.
