Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene por objetivo presentar algunos escenarios futuros en torno a los posibles impactos del cambio climático, el fenómeno del Niño (FEN) y la disponibilidad del recurso hídrico en la economía del país, sobre la base de la información disponible, con la finalidad de elaborar algunas reflexiones que estimulen acciones significativas en el presente para mejorar la capacidad de respuesta a los retos de la gobernanza ambiental del país al 2062.
