Futurología de la económica política peruana

In: Cuando despertemos en el 2062: Visiones del Perú en 50 años.

Abstract

El presente trabajo indagatorio intenta acercarse a responder las sisguientes cuestiones: ¿cómo y por qué se regresó a un modelo primario-exportador modernizado (PEM) desde la fracasada industrialización por sustitución de importaciones (ISI)? ¿Cuáles son las características de la actual estructura económica del Perú y cómo funciona el modelo de acumulación-crecimiento que se dice de "desarrollo"?; y desde esos puntos de partida, entraremos propiamente en materia: ¿cuáles son las perspectivas económicas de mediano y largo plazo, de seguirse por la ruta del esquema específico de acumulación y de cambio institucional adoptado durante la última generación? y, más ambiciosamente, ¿existe alguna alternativa?
