Abstract

El puntaje-z peso es una medida objetiva para medir el grado de nutrición infantil en los menores de 5 años, la cual es una metodología propuesta desde la disciplina de la medicina humana (Rojas 2006) con aplicación para el diseño de políticas de desarrollo humano. El objetivo del presente ensayo es mostrar procedimientos para calcular el puntaje-z peso como indicador para el diseño de programas de desarrollo.
