La gestión de programas de mejora del capital humano

Abstract

La segunda parte busca ahondar de manera más detallada sobre cómo se intentó luchar contra la pobreza y la desigualdad en el Perú. Por lo tanto, el abanico está compuesto pro preocupaciones sobre gestión de programas de mejora de capital humano (capítulo IV) y capital físico (capítulo V), así como sobre las intervenciones financiadas con el canon minero (capítulo VI). Esta parte se cierra con un capítulo descriptivo. La pregunta que lo motiva es: ¿cómo funcionan los mecanismos de evaluación y monitoreo de los programas sociales? De esta manera, después de revisar los sistemas de monitoreo y evaluación de más de cincuenta instituciones, llegamos a la conclusión de la urgencia que existe de reforzar institucionalmente al Estado.
