Se analiza las diversas estrategias de evaluación de las alternativas planteadas, con el propósito de establecer cuál de ellas será finalmente escogida; para ello, se presentan los procedimientos relevantes para realizar un análisis de impacto ambiental y una evaluación distributiva del proyecto. Además se presenta la herramienta del marco lógico, un instrumento continuamente utilizado en los procesos de seguimiento, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales.
