Abstract

Se aborda la globalización financiera. No cabe duda de que, desde la última década del siglo XX, los flujos privados de capital han marcado el compás de la evolución económica mundial. Antes no existían instituciones financieras internacionales que supervisaran el sistema financiero global; ahora, sí.
