Abstract

As a general observation, it could be said that the complexity of educational management as a concept, is highlighted by its inclusion of related but subsidiary though important terms such as ethics, culture and diversity within different educational systems. We could say that the aim of educational management is to effectively and efficiently create and maintain environments within educational institutions. Educational management must be responsive to both local and global changes due to technological developments that directly affect teaching and learning through changes through curriculum in terms of pedagogical and assessment practices.
