Abstract

Implementing some social projects, which are meant to enhance democratic values created in international collaboration, plays an important role in the construction of students' becoming profile , thus creating abilities in different fields of activity. Coordinating such a project involves well-known human resources and available materials , students' calling and interest, time dedicated to accomplishing the objectives, sanitary context(pandemics), identifying partner institutions and last, but not least, teacher's personality , which has to meet some requirements: to be a good organizer, to be communicative, empathetic, professional and a fine observer of the students' interests and abilities.
