Abstract

Educational management has beneficial effects, only when the teacher involved in the educational process puts into practice what he knows, is always self-taught, seeks to evolve to be a model for himself and others. Managing the emotions, attitudes, placements that he or his students face is a transformative stage. The article's questionnaires are meant to awaken those they read even for the first time, causing them to act against the inertia that a person is consciously facing or not. The solutions offered are some reference points for those who are eager to know. Obviously, each person has a unique way of acting for a happy ending.
