Abstract

Quality in education is a dynamic and complex concept, with an evolution and dynamics that have an interesting socio-educational relevance, given the correlative concepts: quality production, quality control, quality management, strategic quality etc. In terms of the law of education, quality of education is a set of characteristics of a program of study of its provider, through which the quality standards and expectations of the beneficiaries are met. The need for quality assurance in education, leading to optimization, improvement, streamline educational processes to maintaining high standards for education and its international openness, it is widely recognized in Europe and worldwide.
