Abstract

The social, political, economic and cultural changes have led to the reform of the national education system, starting with the demands of the labor market, followed by the individual aspirations of each citizen. But a change of a real benefit, with positive effects for the education sector community, is achieved only in the conditions of a permanent professional development of the didactic human resource. This is evident from the approach and efficiency of human resource management through continuous training and adaptability to the current contexts of teaching staff. In this respect, the human resources management department can be associated as a cost-effective means for the implementation of national public education policies, an instrument of reform in the education system.
