Alternative Kretanja I Ekonomski Utjecaj Rješenja Klimatskih Promjena

Abstract

U ovom radu analiziramo utjecaj alternativnih scenarija kretanja klimatskih promjena i ekonomskih posljedica rješavanja problema klimatskih promjena na odabrane zemlje. Opseg razmatranja je na nacionalnoj razini, te na razini proizvođača i potrošača. Osnovno polazište je da kreatori tehnologija (razvijene zemlje), koji imaju najveći udio u troškovima istraživanja i razvoja, također ostvaruju i najveće koristi i profite od implementacije novih tehnologija povezanih s rješavanjem problema klimatskih promjena. Uporište se nalazi u povijesti tehnološkog razvoja gdje su kreatori tehnologija ostvarivali koristi prve implementacije tehnologije koje su koristili do krajnjih granica. Osnovna rasprava vođena je ponudom i potražnjom za energijom (primarno električnom) kao primjerom problema koji se može na sličan način promatrati i za ostale okolišne probleme. Dolazimo do zaključka da će i ovaj put zemlje koje nose tehnološki razvoj (povijesno i trenutno zaslužni za klimatske promjene) imati veće koristi od troškova, dok će manje razvijene zemlje, sa skromnim kapacitetima apsorpcije i kreacije tehnologija, imati veće troškove od koristi rješavanjaproblema koje nisu prouzročile.
