Abstract

Este ensayo analiza críticamente las políticas públicas enfocadas en la violencia de pareja y expareja contra las mujeres. El argumento central es que las políticas han privilegiado el enfoque de arriba hacia abajo y con ello han homogeneizado a los grupos objetivo, han recurrido a estadísticas generales para describirlos y han dejado de lado el contexto subnacional encargado de implementar dichas políticas.
