Abstract

El análisis tomó como base las fases de programación, preinversión y ejecución de cada uno de los componentes de la estrategia, así como de una de sus estrategias de sostenibilidad: la institucionalización del mecanismo comités locales de asignación de recursos (CLAR) en las municipalidades.
