Abstract

Analiza las tasas laborales de transición, es decir los movimientos anuales que se producen a nivel laboral colombiano, para hombres y mujeres, teniendo en cuenta factores educativos, de edad, y empleabilidad; sobre esa base busca examinar las diferencias de género presentes en las transiciones laborales y estimar el futuro colombiano en caso de mantenerse esas tasas.
