Abstract

Aborda inicialmente el desempleo femenino en Latinoamérica comparándolo con las tasas de Venezuela, Costa Rica y demás países, dando a conocer qué: Colombia es quien tiene la tasa más alta, y resalta la diferencia en porcentajes con la tasa de desempleo masculina (que es notablemente menor), de esta manera va explorando las variables locales que influyen en este fenómeno, buscando darle una explicación.
