Abstract

Describe la situación económica, los gastos públicos, la navegación, el comercio exterior, el desarrollo industrial, las instituciones educativas y la importancia de crear una lotería que ayude a las rentas y a mitigar la pobreza, en general un informe de la hacienda pública hasta 1810.
