Abstract

Im Rahmen der Asylmigration sind in den letzten Jahren Menschen aus unterschiedlichsten Gründen nach Deutschland gekommen. Deutschland steht vor der Aufgabe, die Geflüchteten unterzubringen und ihnen neue Lebensperspektiven zu eröffnen. Dabei bilden die Menschen, die in den vergangenen Jahren nach Deutschland gekommen sind keine homogene Gruppe. So vielfältig die Gruppe der Neuzugewanderten ist, so vielfältig gestalten Städte und Kommunen die Maßnahmen zur Integration. Das Reallabor Asylsuchende in der Rhein-Neckar-Region analysiert seit 2016 Erfolgsfaktoren für eine nachhaltige gesellschaftliche Teilhabe von Geflüchteten und gestaltet Teilhabemöglichkeiten. Die vorliegenden Handlungsempfehlungen fassen die Ergebnisse der vielschichtigen Beobachtungen, Realexperimente, Befragungen und themenzentrierten Interviews zusammen und geben einen Überblick über Empfehlungen, die eine gesellschaftliche Teilhabe von Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund unterstützen.
