Abstract

[Untersuchungsziele] In der Studie wird die Anbieterseite des Wagniskapitalmarktes in Deutschland und insbesondere die in Baden‐Württemberg untersucht. Ermittelt wird: * die Anzahl der VC‐Investoren und die der Portfoliounternehmen (Datenverfügbarkeit bis 2015), in die sie Wagniskapital investieren sowie * die Anzahl und Volumina der vorgenommenen Wagniskapitaltransaktionen (Datenverfügbarkeit bis 2014). Sowohl die Anzahl von Investoren und Portfoliounternehmen, als auch die Anzahl und Volumina der Wagniskapitaltransaktionen werden nach Bundesländern sowie im Zeitablauf betrachtet. [...]
