Ageing Society: Aktuelle Herausforderungen und Handlungsfelder aus Perspektive der Versicherungswirtschaft

Abstract

Die Schweizerische Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft werden durch die Ageing Society grundlegend transformiert. Die Versicherungswirtschaft ist massiv und auf vielfältige Weise betroffen. Dieses Papier soll einen Beitrag leisten, um die Schweiz besser auf die Ageing Society vorzubereiten und entsprechende politische Diskussionen anzustossen. Wichtig erscheinen uns die Entwicklung konkreter politischer Reformvorschläge für die Pflegefinanzierung, ein realitätsnäherer Umgang mit den Herausforderungen im Bereich der Altersvorsorge, die Optimierung der institutionellen Strukturen im Gesundheitsmarkt sowie die verstärkte Nutzung von innovativen Arbeits- und Lebensmodellen. Insgesamt bedarf es eines breiten gesellschaftlichen Dialogs zur Zukunft des Sozialstaats in einer stark alternden Gesellschaft.
