Abstract

Dieser Band im Rahmen der Reihe 'Handbuch Fusionsmanagement' soll helfen, die Aufgaben klarer zu sehen, die im Rahmen des Integrationsmanagements auf Führungskräfte und Interessenvertretungen der Arbeitnehmerschaft zukommen. Weiterhin soll er Hilfestellung bei der Bewältigung dieser Aufgaben geben, denn mit der gelungenen Integration der Organisationen und Belegschaften steht und fällt der Erfolg einer Fusion - für die Eigner und das Leitungsorgan ebenso wie für die Arbeitnehmer.
