Abstract

Elektromobilität, Digitalisierung von Fahrzeugen und Werkstätten, neue webbasierte Geschäftsmodelle - die Kraftfahrzeug-Branche befindet sich in einem umfassenden und grundlegenden Wandel. Wie wirken sich diese Veränderungen auf das Kfz-Handwerk vor Ort aus? Welche Herausforderungen ergeben sich für die Sicherung der Arbeitsplätze, die Gestaltung der Arbeitsbedingungen und die Qualifizierung der Beschäftigten? Die differenzierte Analyse der Branche gibt Antwort auf diese Fragen und arbeitet die Handlungsmöglichkeiten heraus, die sich für die Interessenvertretung der Beschäftigten ergeben.
