Einfacharbeit in Deutschland - wer arbeitet was und unter welchen Bedingungen? Ergebnisse aus der BIBB/BAuA-Erwerbstätigenbefragung 2018

Abstract

Trotz technologischem Wandel, Digitalisierung und Globalisierung ist Einfacharbeit auch im Jahr 2018 eine bedeutende Größe auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Nachdem das Thema in den letzten Jahren in der Forschung wenig beachtet wurde, steht es seit Kurzem wieder im Fokus der Arbeitsmarktforschung. In dieser Arbeit wird Einfacharbeit auf Basis der BIBB/BAuA-Erwerbstätigenbefragung 2018 differenziert in die Einfacharbeit-Level 1, die eine geringe Einarbeitungszeit voraussetzt, und die Einfacharbeit-Level 2, die eine längere Einarbeitungszeit voraussetzt. Diese Differenzierung und der Vergleich mit der qualifizierten Arbeit bieten interessante Einblicke in die verschiedenen Formen der Einfacharbeit auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Aufgezeigt werden unter anderem das Ausmaß und die Struktur der Einfacharbeit, die betreffenden Berufe und Tätigkeiten sowie die beruflichen Anforderungen und die Beschäftigungsbedingungen.
