Abstract

In diesem Beitrag werden die langfristigen ökonomischen und arbeitsmarktspezifischen Auswirkungen des Zuzugs Geflüchteter beleuchtet. Hierzu werden zwei Szenarien berechnet und an der Basisprojektion der vierten Welle des QuBe-Projektes gespiegelt: Erstens werden mithilfe eines kontrafaktischen Szenarios die Impulse der in Deutschland Schutz Suchenden herausgerechnet, um die Auswirkungen auf Bildung, Altersstruktur, Arbeitsangebot und Arbeitsnachfrage nach Branchen, Berufen und Qualifikationen zu quantifizieren. Zweitens wird eine schnellere und zielgerichtete Arbeitsmarktintegration der Geflüchteten modelliert. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, dass eine schnellere Arbeitsmarktintegration nicht nur für das Individuum, sondern auch gesamtwirtschaftlich von Vorteil ist. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
