Berufsfeld-Definitionen des BIBB auf Basis der Klassifikation der Berufe 1992

Abstract

Die Artverwandtschaft von Tätigkeiten soll in den amtlichen Klassifizierungen das Kriterium für die Zusammenfassung von Berufen sein, was aber durch zusätzliche Kriterien aufgeweicht wird. Dies ist eines der Probleme, die mit der Einführung der 54 BIBB-Berufsfelder gelöst werden sollen. Die einzelnen Berufsgruppen werden daraufhin untersucht, wie ähnlich sich noch die in ihnen enthaltenen Berufsordnungen im Hinblick auf die überwiegend ausgeübte Tätigkeit sind. Wir gehen also auf das ursprüngliche Zuordnungskriterium der KldB zurück und fassen mit ihm in 54 Berufsfeldern jeweils möglichst ähnliche Systematikpositionen zusammen. Diese Zusammenfassung dient der Analyse von Berufswechseln, Veränderungen von Berufen und beruflicher Flexibilität und den Projektionen des zukünftigen Arbeitskräftebedarfs nach Qualifikationen, die das BIBB in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung plant. Hier werden die Berufsfelder definiert, die Zuordnungskriterien erläutert und die neuen Berufsfelder im Hinblick auf ihre innere Homogenität und die Abgrenzung zu den anderen Berufsfeldern analysiert und ihre empirische Verteilung dargestellt.
