Abstract

Das vorliegende Forschungsvorhaben folgt der zentralen Fragestellung, in welchen Regionen das Bundesministerium für Finanzen (BMF) gezielt Personal rekrutieren könnte. Dafür wird aufbauend auf den wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen ein Überblick über jene Regionen gegeben, auf die sich die Rekrutierungsstrategie des BMF mit Blick auf die demographischen Rahmenbedingungen und das Ausbildungsverhalten der jungen Menschen im Alter zwischen 15 und 19 Jahren konzentrieren könnte. Zudem wird die Größenordnung der Zahl der Schulabgänger und Schulabgängerinnen aus den allgemeinbildenden höheren Schulen sowie den kaufmännischen und wirtschaftlichen mittleren und höheren Schulen geschätzt, die nach Ausbildungsabschluss keine Schulausbildung anstreben, sondern eine Erwerbstätigkeit planen und damit dem BMF potentiell als Arbeitskräfte zur Verfügung stehen. Zusätzlich wird erhoben, ob das BMF als potentieller Arbeitgeber wahrgenommen wird.
