Regionalwirtschaftliche Verflechtungen der Kfz-Produktion im Bezirk Steyr

Abstract

Der Kfz-Bereich ist für den Bezirk Steyr und die angrenzenden Regionen von besonderer Bedeutung. Ebendiese Bedeutung für Standortraum und Regionalwirtschaft soll durch das vorliegende Projekt dargestellt werden, wobei sowohl die direkten als auch die indirekten Verflechtungen – also die regionalen Muster der Vorleistungsbeziehungen – betrachtet werden. Zusätzlich wird versucht, auch die induzierten Effekte auf die Einkommen bzw. den privaten Konsum in die Analyse einzubeziehen. Damit soll abgeschätzt werden, wie sich potentielle Änderungen in der Kfz-Produktion auf den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt auswirken könnten. Die Analyse soll damit auch Grundlagen für mögliche zukünftige wirtschaftspolitische Überlegungen schaffen.
