Abstract

Der Masterplan zur Breitbandstrategie sieht eine erste Zwischenevaluierung nach Abschluss der ersten Phase der Programme vor. Für die 2015/16 initiierten Ausschreibungen Access 1, Backhaul 1 sowie Leerrohr 1 und 2 waren Fördermittel von insgesamt 293 Mio. € budgetiert, die zu fast gleichen Teilen auf die einzelnen Förderschienen entfielen. Relativ ungleichgewichtig zeigt sich dagegen die Inanspruchnahme der Programme. Die Mittel des Access-1-Aufrufs waren zweifach überzeichnet und wurden daher zu 99% abgeholt. Hingegen wurden nur rund 40% der Budgetmittel für Leerrohr vergeben und 71% der für Backhaul allozierten Mittel. In Summe wurden 2015/16 von 293 Mio. € budgetierten Mitteln 204 Mio. € vergeben.
